wHY THIS WORK MATTERS
Independent specialty practices are delivering excellent care while leaving significant revenue, growth potential, and transaction value on the table. Not because of poor performance, but because the strategic infrastructure hasn't kept pace with how fast the market is changing. That's the problem this firm was built to solve.
Advisory
We don't sell software, billing services, or staffing. We provide strategic insight, actionable roadmaps, and the hands-on guidance your team needs to implement and sustain the changes. Workshops, instruction workbooks, and workflow design are part of how we work. But we never take a cut of your revenue or sell you a platform to do it. When we recommend a program, it's because the data supports it, not because we have something to sell you.
Background & Credentials
Miriam Achour built this firm on operational experience, not industry reports. Her background spans years working with independent specialty practices through HCA Healthcare, one of the nation's largest health systems, at the intersection where physician groups and health systems meet. Clinical workflows, revenue cycles, payer dynamics, billing teams, practice administrators. She's worked alongside all of them.
She holds an M.S. in Clinical Psychology, which means she communicates with physicians in their clinical language and understands the patient care dimension of every revenue conversation. When a consultant tells a cardiologist their CCM documentation needs to change, it lands differently when that consultant understands the clinical rationale behind the care, not just the CPT code.
Built From the Inside Out
Who We Work With
Independent, physician-owned specialty practices navigating a market that rewards scale and penalizes fragmentation. Orthopedics, cardiology, pulmonology, nephrology, gastroenterology, urology, neurology, pain management, and more. We also work with independent primary care practices that carry a significant Medicare patient population. The common thread isn't the specialty. It's the practice model: independent, physician-owned, and facing pressure from every direction.
